This simulation was to find out the effect of changing the angle of the small flap of the simplified F1 rear wing to the drag force and the downforce generated. The angle of the small flap of the rear wing changes from initial (0 degree) to 35 degree and back to 0. With ANSYS Discovery Live, the result of the simulation was shown almost instantaneously. The graph represent the changes in the drag force and downforce of the rear wing. |
